Safe Environment Certification - Protecting All God's Children
All adults must be safe environment certified before involved with our parish children in the school, religious formation, youth ministry programs or sports athletics. This training includes a 2-hour session of important and educational information and background check. The parish pays the $10 training fee. Certification is for 5 years! You can take Safe Environment training anywhere in the Archdiocese. See their website www.archomaha.com for dates and locations. Registration information is included.
If your certification has expired within one year, you will need to be recertified to continue your involvement with children. Please contact Wendy Everson, SE Coordinator, at the parish - 496-7988 x.239 about recertification trainings.
