Grief Support

Coping with the death or loss of a loved one can be a long and painful process.  There is no right or wrong way to grieve - each person experiences grief differently - but there are resources to help you navigate that difficult road.

At St. Vinc

Bereavement Companions - have a parish family member to journey with you through the first year of grief.  You will receive monthly messages, prayers, reflections, phone calls and cards.

Annual Memorial Mass and Mass of the Angels (for those who have lost a child)

Personal help contact our Pastoral Ministers, Wendy Everson and  Mike Poulin. Click on each name for email, or call the parish at 402.496.7988.
