Classes are finished for the year.  Classes begin again on August 28th.

The Religious Formation Program at St. Vincent de Paul exists to help the faithful of all ages by providing relevant, meaningful formation and spiritual programs.

We support parents, the primary religious formation educators, in the spiritual development of their children. By incorporating prayer, fellowship, service and teaching, we hope to nurture and support a deep, growing, personal relationship with Jesus and His Church.

Our office is located in the Upper Commons of the School.

Summer Office Hours, May 28th-June 28th: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm

Our office is closed in the month of July and reopens on August 1st.

Catechist Information

We welcome individuals to become part of this active ministry of the Word. A catechist is a person who facilitates the process of faith formation. This is done first by echoing the word of God in his or her own life, and second by helping others to do so. You will become part of our community here at St. Vincent de Paul; dedicated in sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with children.

Catechist Invitation

Do you enjoy working with children? Perhaps you are being called to be a catechist!

Why become a Catechist? We know deep down we are called to do this, this passing on of our beloved faith. But who doesn’t feel a bit inadequate every once in a while? Thank God, catechists are not required to be perfect, to know everything about the faith, or to have years of “seasoning” as teachers. You are invited and there is a need! We urge you to prayerfully consider becoming a catechist with our religious formation program. Come on board...please contact Jennifer at for more information.

Parent Help Needed-

Our parent volunteers make our Religious Formation program a success.   We need parent volunteers in the following areas:

  • Catechist (tuition waived)
  • Co Catechist (tuition waived)
  • Traffic Safety (crossing guard)--each grade level signs up for a different month
  • Hall Monitor--each grade level signs up for a different month
  • Substitute Catechist
  • Substitute Childcare Helper

Click here for Sign up Genius link to select dates to volunteer for traffic safety and hall monitor .

Safe Environment Certification is required for volunteers except Traffic Safety.

If you can help in other ways, please contact Jennifer McMahan at  Thank you for helping!
