The Vocations Committee works to increase awareness of God’s call to vocation, including vocations to the priesthood and religious life, and to promote prayer for vocations. The committee meets the first Tuesday of every month.
Activities
The Vocations Committee accomplishes its mission through various activities including:
- Holy Hours in conjunction with National Vocations Awareness Week and World Days of Prayer for Vocations
- Awaken! Vocation Speaker Series for parents
- Traveling Vocations Crucifix given to a different family each week at Sunday Mass
- The 31 Club which is a prayer group who prays for vocations on a specific day of the month. Learn more here.
