Senior High

Our Senior High Youth Formation is for current high-school students. Our faith is meant to be lived in a community.  At SVdP, we help create opportunities for high-school-aged teens to get together and build relationships with each other and with Christ through Senior High Nights, conferences and more.

Senior High Nights

This youth group program is for teens that are currently in high school. It is every Sunday night from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Every week is different as we try to reach a variety of teens at various points in their faith.

1st Sundays: Normal youth group nights consisting of games, a meal, faith topic and discussion
2nd Sundays: Community nights consisting of playful evenings where Christ is present including holiday parties, bonfire nights, swing dancing nights, a sports tournament, etc. These nights help teens to look at everything with a Catholic lens.
3rd Sundays: Adoration and praise worship nights allowing for students to be with our Lord and have the opportunity to partake in the sacrament of confession, necessary for the spiritual maturity of the teens.
4th and 5th Sundays: Nights consisting of testimonies, teaching different forms of prayer and Q&As.

Stuebenville Youth Conference 2026

Steubenville is a high-energy youth conference where teens are invited to encounter Jesus Christ through dynamic speakers, engaging music, the Sacraments, small group discussions and fellowship with other teens.

We will have our parish fundraiser the weekend of February 28/March 1. We will distribute these funds equally across all participants and chaperones. We anticipate the cost per person to be reduced $50-$100 after our fundraiser (before the final payment is due). If you require additional financial help, please contact Selena Thompson at thompsons@svdpomaha.org for scholarship and fundraising options.
